Condensation or moisture on the outside of the refrigerator cabinet or around door gaskets.

Safety first: No internal electrical work is required for basic checks.

• Check door seals: Inspect door gaskets for gaps or tears. Clean with warm soapy water and dry.
• Reduce door openings: Limit how often and how long doors are open, especially in humid weather.
• Mullion heater setting: Some JennAir models have an energy saver or moisture control switch. Turn moisture control ON to activate the mullion heater between doors.
• Room humidity: Use a dehumidifier in very humid environments to reduce condensation.
