Steps to resolve:
- Empty and inspect bin: Remove the ice bin and break up any clumped ice. Discard old ice and wash the bin with warm water; dry thoroughly.
- Check auger movement: With the bin removed, briefly press the dispenser paddle and observe the auger drive coupling. It should turn. Do this only momentarily to avoid motor overheating.
- Inspect bin auger: Ensure the auger inside the bin is not broken or detached from its shaft.
