Interior lights not working but refrigerator cools normally.

Steps to resolve:

• Check multiple lights: If all interior lights are out, suspect a control or switch issue. If only one area is dark, suspect that specific module.
• Inspect door switch: Press the switch manually and listen for a click. If the lights flicker or do not respond, the switch may be faulty.
• Replace light module: Many KitchenAid models use LED modules that snap into place. Remove the lens, disconnect the module, and install a compatible replacement.
