Condensation or moisture on door gaskets and around dispenser area.

Safety: Unplug before accessing any heater wiring.

• Reduce humidity: Use a dehumidifier in very humid environments and avoid leaving doors open.
• Check gasket seal: Ensure gaskets are clean and sealing fully. Repair or replace if necessary.
• Heater function: Some LG models have an energy saver switch that turns door heaters off. Turn this feature off (i.e., enable heaters) if condensation is present.
• Service heater: If condensation persists and heaters are enabled, the mullion heater strip may be faulty and require replacement by a technician.
