Water dispenser not working; no water flow from dispenser but ice may still be produced.

Safety: Shut off water and unplug before accessing valve or door wiring.

• Check filter: Replace the LG water filter if it is old or suspected clogged.
• Test valve: Listen for a click at the back when pressing the dispenser lever. If silent, the valve coil or control may be faulty.
• Frozen line: If the freezer is very cold, the line in the door may freeze. Raise freezer temperature slightly and leave doors closed for 24 hours to thaw.
• Door switch: Ensure the dispenser is not disabled by a child lock and that the door switch is functioning.
