• Replace water filter: If your Magic Chef refrigerator has a filter, replace it according to the schedule or sooner if ice production slows.
• Inspect supply line: Check for kinks or sharp bends in the water line behind the refrigerator.
• Check pressure: Ensure household water pressure meets the minimum requirement (typically 20–40 psi). Low pressure reduces ice size.
• Replace inlet valve: If flow remains weak, replace the water inlet valve with a Magic Chef-compatible part.
