• Inspect for frozen line: If the freezer door houses the dispenser, the water line inside the door may be frozen. Open and close the door several times and allow the unit to run at a slightly warmer freezer setting temporarily.
• Check inlet valve: At the back, locate the dual water inlet valve. Swap the electrical connectors between ice and water outputs briefly (if identical) to see if the valve coil is functional (advanced step).
• Replace faulty parts: Replace the dispenser switch, door wiring harness, or water inlet valve as needed.
