How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug and close the water supply valve before working on water lines.

Steps:

  • Check supply: Confirm the water supply valve is open and pressure is adequate.
  • Inspect hose: Look for kinks or damage in the external hose and internal lines.
  • Check for freezing: If the fridge is set very cold, the internal water tank or lines may freeze. Raise the temperature slightly and allow time to thaw.
