Refrigerator shows H41, ice maker not producing ice or stops mid-cycle

Safety: Turn off the ice maker and unplug the refrigerator before servicing. Shut off the water supply if disconnecting lines.

• Step 1 – Reset ice maker: Turn the ice maker OFF for 30 seconds, then ON. Some Panasonic models have a test button; press and hold to initiate a test cycle and observe movement.
• Step 2 – Check for jams: Remove the ice bucket and inspect the ice mold and ejector blades. Clear any clumped or oversized ice. Do not use sharp tools that can damage the mold coating.
• Step 3 – Inspect wiring: Ensure the ice maker harness is fully connected and not pinched in the door.
• Step 4 – Replace ice maker assembly: If the motor does not run during test, or stops mid-rotation, the ice maker module is likely faulty. Replace the complete Panasonic ice maker assembly for reliability.
