Refrigerator shows U11, water dispenser stops mid-flow or does not operate

Safety: Close the water supply valve and unplug the refrigerator before disconnecting any water lines.

• Step 1 – Check for kinks: Inspect the water line from the wall to the refrigerator and inside the rear compartment. Straighten any kinks.
• Step 2 – Replace water filter: If equipped with a Panasonic internal filter, replace it according to the manual. A clogged filter can trigger flow errors.
• Step 3 – Bleed air: After filter replacement, run the dispenser for several minutes to purge air until a steady stream appears.
• Step 4 – Inspect inlet valve: If flow remains weak, the inlet valve may be partially blocked or failing. Replace the valve assembly if necessary.
