Possible Causes
Blown internal fuse on main PCB, Damaged surge protection components, Faulty power cord, Tripped household breaker
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the refrigerator before opening any electrical covers.
- Step 1 – Check outlet and breaker: Verify the outlet has power and the breaker or RCD has not tripped.
- Step 2 – Inspect power cord: Look for visible damage. Replace if necessary.
- Step 3 – Access main PCB: Remove the rear control cover and inspect for a blown fuse or burnt components. Replace the fuse only with the same rating and only if no obvious short is present.
- Step 4 – If fuse blows again: Do not continue replacing fuses. The PCB or another component is shorted and requires professional repair.
