How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Step 1 – Check for screen lock:

  • Look for any on-screen message about the screen being locked.
  • Follow prompts to unlock, or press and hold the Power button on the side of the screen for 10 seconds to reboot.

Step 2 – Power cycle the refrigerator:

  • Turn off the refrigerator at the breaker or unplug it.
  • Wait 5 minutes, then restore power and see if 41C clears.

Step 3 – Update software:

  • If the screen becomes responsive, go to Settings > About and install any available updates.

Step 4 – Hardware inspection (advanced):

  • If the error persists, unplug the unit and inspect the LCD Module connections as per the service manual.

Note: Persistent 41C usually requires professional service to replace the LCD Module or Main PCB.
