Display shows OF OF or O FF; refrigerator is not cooling but lights and display work.

Step 1 – Exit demo mode:

• On most Samsung refrigerators, press and hold Power Freeze and Freezer buttons together for 3–5 seconds until you hear a chime and the display changes.
• On some models, press and hold Freezer and Alarm or Energy Saver and Freezer for 3–5 seconds.
• Consult your user manual for the exact button combination for your model.

Step 2 – Verify cooling:

• Set the refrigerator to recommended temperatures (e.g., 37°F fridge, 0°F freezer).
• Allow 12–24 hours for temperatures to stabilize.

Note: Demo mode disables the compressor but leaves lights and display on. No parts need replacement; only settings must be corrected.
