Possible Causes
Low water pressure, Partially clogged water filter, Partially blocked water inlet valve, Kinked water line
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Step 1 – Check water pressure:
- Dispense water from the door; if flow is weak, water pressure may be low.
- Ensure the shutoff valve is fully open and supply line is not kinked.
Step 2 – Replace water filter:
- Install a new Water Filter and flush for 2–3 minutes.
Step 3 – Inspect water inlet valve (advanced):
- Unplug the refrigerator and turn off water supply.
- Remove the rear lower access panel and locate the Water Inlet Valve.
- Check screens for debris and clean or replace the valve if restricted.
Step 4 – Monitor ice size:
- Allow 24 hours after changes; if cubes remain small, the Water Inlet Valve may need replacement.
