• Step 3 – Damper inspection: If noise comes from the damper area, remove the cover and check for a loose flap or broken hinge. Replace the damper assembly if necessary.
• Step 4 – Normal operation: Some airflow noise is normal immediately after loading warm food or door openings; it should reduce as temperatures stabilise.
