Safety first: Unplug the appliance before accessing sensors or wiring.

Step 1 – Check loading and vents: Avoid blocking air vents with food and leave space between items for air circulation.
Step 2 – Inspect sensor connectors: Locate compartment sensors and ensure their connectors are tight and corrosion-free.
Step 3 – Check harness: Look for pinched or damaged wires, especially where they pass through cabinet walls.
Step 4 – Replace suspect sensor: If wiggling the harness changes operation, replace the affected NTC sensor and repair any damaged wiring.
Step 5 – PCB replacement: If fluctuations persist with good sensors and wiring, the main PCB may need replacement by a technician.

Temperature fluctuates widely; food sometimes freezes then warms in the same compartment.
