Safety first: Disconnect power before removing interior panels.
Step 1 – Remove drawers and panels
- Take out crisper drawers and any lower shelves to expose the back wall.
- Remove the evaporator cover panel to access the drain trough.
Step 2 – Clear the drain
- Locate the drain hole at the center or rear of the trough.
- Use warm water and a small brush or pipe cleaner to remove debris.
- Flush the drain with warm water until it flows freely to the pan below.
Step 3 – Check leveling
- Verify the refrigerator is level front‑to‑back so water flows toward the drain.
- Adjust leveling legs if necessary.
Step 4 – Reassemble
- Dry the area, reinstall panels and drawers, and restore power.
