Safety first: Turn off the mower before accessing any communication modules.
- Check app settings: Ensure the mower is registered correctly in the AL-KO app and that your phone has internet access.
- Verify coverage: Confirm that Wi-Fi or GSM coverage is adequate where the mower and station are installed.
- Inspect module: Open the housing where the communication module is installed. Check that it is firmly seated and that any antenna cables are connected.
- Power cycle: Turn the mower and station off and on to reset the communication module.
- Re-pair device: Follow AL-KO instructions to re-pair or re-register the mower with the app.
- Module replacement: If connectivity still fails, replace the Wi-Fi/GSM module.
