Possible Causes
Incorrect boundary wire layout, Guide wire not installed or misrouted, Obstacles blocking random pattern, Software settings for area size incorrect
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the mower and unplug the charging station before modifying the boundary wire.
- Review layout: Compare your boundary and guide wire layout with the AL-KO installation guide. Ensure there are no tight corners or narrow passages below the minimum width.
- Adjust guide wire: If your model uses a guide wire, ensure it runs through the center of the lawn and is correctly connected to the station.
- Increase mowing time: Extend the daily mowing schedule so the mower has enough time to cover the entire area.
- Remove obstacles: Relocate garden furniture or objects that frequently block the mower's path.
- Re-learn area (if supported): Use any available "learn lawn" or calibration function in the menu to optimize navigation.
