Possible Causes
Grass or rope wrapped around blade disc, Blade motor overloaded by tall or wet grass, Seized blade bearing, Faulty cutting motor
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the main switch, remove the battery fuse if present, and wear cut-resistant gloves before touching the blade.
- Inspect blade area: Turn the robot upside down on a soft surface. Check for grass, twine, or branches wrapped around the blade disc or cutting motor shaft. Remove all debris carefully.
- Check blade condition: Ensure the Ambrogio blade(s) are not bent, broken, or excessively worn. Replace with genuine Ambrogio blades if damaged.
- Spin blade disc by hand: It should rotate freely with minimal resistance. If it feels stiff, the blade disc bearing or motor shaft may be seized.
- Restart and test: Return the robot upright, power ON, and start a manual mowing cycle. If E007 reappears immediately, the cutting motor or its driver circuit may be defective.
- Do not force operation: Repeatedly starting with a blocked blade can damage the cutting motor and main board.
