Possible Causes
Battery pack worn out, Loose battery connector, Faulty battery cell, Battery management circuit issue
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove it from the lawn.
- Charge fully: Place the robot on the charging station and allow it to charge until the display or LEDs indicate a full charge. This may take several hours.
- Check battery connector: With the robot OFF, open the battery compartment (usually under the top cover or rear). Ensure the battery plug is firmly connected to the internal harness.
- Inspect for swelling or damage: If the Ambrogio lithium battery pack appears swollen, damaged, or leaking, do not use it. Replace immediately with a genuine Ambrogio battery pack.
- Run a short test: After full charge, start a mowing cycle. If E010 appears again within a few minutes, the battery capacity is likely degraded and the pack should be replaced.
- Do not bypass protection: Never attempt to open or repair individual cells; replace the complete pack.
