Possible Causes

RPM sensor misaligned, Magnet missing from blade disc, Sensor cable damaged, Faulty RPM sensor

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot, remove fuse if present, and wear gloves before working near the blade.

  • Inspect blade disc: Look for a small magnet or metal target on the blade disc used for RPM sensing. Ensure it is present and firmly attached.
  • Clean sensor area: Remove grass and dirt from around the RPM sensor and disc.
  • Check sensor mount: Verify that the RPM sensor is securely mounted at the correct distance from the magnet (usually a few millimeters).
  • Inspect wiring: Follow the sensor cable to the main board and ensure the connector is secure.
  • If E020 persists: Replace the blade RPM sensor with an Ambrogio-compatible part.
