How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the robot is stationary and not mowing while troubleshooting connectivity.

- Verify SIM status: Ensure the SIM card in the robot (if user-accessible) is active and has data service.
- Restart module: Power OFF the robot for 1 minute, then ON again and wait several minutes for network registration.
- Inspect antenna: Open the cover and check that the GSM antenna cable is securely connected to the GSM module.
