Robot lawnmower front wheel does not swivel freely, causing poor turning and track marks

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and tip it on its rear or side.

• Clean pivot area: Remove the front wheel and clean all grass and dirt from the pivot and fork.
• Lubricate pivot: Apply a light, outdoor-safe lubricant to the pivot pin and bearing surfaces.
• Check for damage: Inspect the wheel and fork for bending or cracks. Replace if worn or damaged.
• Reassemble and test: Ensure the wheel swivels freely through 360° before returning the robot to service.
