Robot lawnmower gets stuck frequently on small bumps, roots, or near the perimeter wire pegs

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot before freeing it.

• Raise cutting height: Increase the cutting height to give the chassis more clearance over bumps and roots.
• Check front wheel: Ensure the front pivot wheel(s) rotate freely and are not jammed with grass or mud. Clean and lubricate pivot if necessary.
• Smooth problem areas: Fill small holes and level exposed roots or high spots where the robot frequently gets stuck.
• Reposition perimeter pegs: Hammer perimeter wire pegs fully into the ground or replace with lower-profile pegs to avoid snagging the chassis.
