Robot lawnmower gets stuck frequently on small bumps, roots, or near the perimeter wire pegs

Possible Causes
Cutting height too low, Front pivot wheel jammed, Chassis skid plate bent, Excessive thatch or uneven ground
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot before freeing it.
- Raise cutting height: Increase the cutting height to give the chassis more clearance over bumps and roots.
- Check front wheel: Ensure the front pivot wheel(s) rotate freely and are not jammed with grass or mud. Clean and lubricate pivot if necessary.
- Smooth problem areas: Fill small holes and level exposed roots or high spots where the robot frequently gets stuck.
- Reposition perimeter pegs: Hammer perimeter wire pegs fully into the ground or replace with lower-profile pegs to avoid snagging the chassis.
