Possible Causes
Worn blade disc bearing, Loose blade screws, Debris trapped between blade disc and chassis, Damaged cutting motor bearing
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the main switch, remove fuse if present, and wear gloves before working near the blade.
- Inspect blades: Check that all Ambrogio blades are securely fastened and not bent. Tighten blade screws to the specified torque.
- Check for debris: Turn the robot over and look for stones, branches, or thick grass stuck between the blade disc and the chassis. Remove all foreign objects.
- Spin blade disc by hand: Listen for grinding or roughness. Excessive noise or play indicates a worn bearing in the blade disc or cutting motor.
- Replace worn components: If the bearing is noisy or loose, replace the blade disc assembly or the complete cutting motor unit as specified for your Ambrogio model.
