• Check blade count: Ensure all blades are present and correctly installed. Replace missing or damaged blades with a full new set.
• Inspect disc for damage: Look for bends, cracks, or attached debris on the blade disc. Clean thoroughly.
• Balance blades: Always replace blades in complete sets so weight is balanced around the disc.
• Replace disc if bent: If vibration persists and the disc appears warped, replace the blade disc assembly.
