Robot mower shows E009 and remains in the docking station

Safety: Unplug the charging station from mains before cleaning contacts.

• Clean charging contacts: Use a dry cloth or fine abrasive pad to clean the metal contacts on both the mower and the docking station. Do not use oil or grease.
• Check alignment: Ensure the station is level and the mower can drive straight into it without obstacles. Adjust the station position if necessary.
• Inspect contact springs: Verify that the contacts on the station move freely and are not bent or stuck.
• Check power supply: Confirm the station's power adapter is firmly plugged in and the LED on the station indicates power.
• If E009 remains: The charging contacts or charging station power module may be defective and require replacement.
