Possible Causes
Aged lithium-ion battery pack, Loose battery connector, Faulty battery cell group, Charging station undercharging
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the mower and remove from the lawn before opening any covers.
- Fully charge the mower: Place it in the docking station and allow a full charge cycle (often several hours) until the display or LED indicates 100%.
- Check battery connector: If accessible via a service hatch, ensure the battery plug is firmly seated and free from corrosion.
- Observe runtime: If the mower stops with E010 after a much shorter time than usual, the battery capacity has likely degraded.
- Inspect charging station: Verify the station LED indicates normal charging and that the power supply is correct for your Bosch Indego model.
- Replace if needed: Install a genuine Bosch Li-ion battery pack specified for your model if the pack is older or swollen, or if runtime is significantly reduced.
