Mower shows E011 and refuses to start; often after long storage

Safety: Do not attempt to charge a visibly damaged or swollen battery.

• Check ambient temperature: Bosch robot mowers typically operate and charge best between about 5°C and 45°C. Move the mower and station to a moderate temperature location.
• Allow acclimatization: If the mower was stored in a cold shed or hot sun, let it sit unplugged for 1–2 hours at room temperature.
• Try charging again: Place the mower on the dock and see if E011 clears after some time.
• If error persists at normal temperature: The battery temperature sensor inside the pack or its wiring to the main board may be faulty. Replacement of the battery pack or inspection of the sensor wiring is required.
