Possible Causes
Battery too cold, Battery overheated, Faulty battery temperature sensor (NTC), Battery stored incorrectly
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Do not attempt to charge a visibly damaged or swollen battery.
- Check ambient temperature: Bosch robot mowers typically operate and charge best between about 5°C and 45°C. Move the mower and station to a moderate temperature location.
- Allow acclimatization: If the mower was stored in a cold shed or hot sun, let it sit unplugged for 1–2 hours at room temperature.
- Try charging again: Place the mower on the dock and see if E011 clears after some time.
- If error persists at normal temperature: The battery temperature sensor inside the pack or its wiring to the main board may be faulty. Replacement of the battery pack or inspection of the sensor wiring is required.
