Possible Causes
Mower operating on slope beyond specification, Mower stuck on obstacle, Faulty tilt sensor calibration, Damaged chassis causing incorrect tilt reading
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the mower before repositioning.
- Move mower to flat ground: Place it on a level area and restart. Many Bosch Indego models clear the tilt error once level.
- Check lawn slopes: Ensure the mower is not used on slopes steeper than the maximum allowed in the manual.
- Remove obstacles: Level out holes, fill ruts, and remove large roots or stones that can tip the mower.
- If E012 appears even on flat ground: The internal tilt sensor module may be misaligned or defective and should be recalibrated or replaced by a technician.
