Robot mower shows E013 and stops with wheels spinning or slipping

Safety: Turn OFF the mower before handling.

• Inspect lawn conditions: Avoid mowing when grass is very wet or muddy. Allow the lawn to dry.
• Check wheel treads: Examine the drive wheels for wear or packed mud. Clean the treads thoroughly and consider replacing worn drive wheels.
• Reduce slope usage: Reconfigure the mowing area to exclude steep sections beyond the mower's capability.
• Remove extra load: Clear any heavy debris or accessories from the mower's top that could affect traction.
• If E013 persists on good terrain: The wheel speed sensors or control board may be misinterpreting traction; professional diagnosis is recommended.
