How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the mower before cleaning sensors.
- Clean sensor windows: Wipe any visible sensor lenses or windows on the top and sides of the mower with a soft, dry cloth.
- Check for magnetic interference: Remove strong magnets or large metal objects placed near the docking station or along the guide path.
- Restart navigation: Power cycle the mower and, if available in the menu, run a new mapping or calibration cycle.
- Update firmware: If your Bosch Indego supports app or USB updates, ensure the firmware is up to date.
- If E014 continues: The navigation sensor module (compass/IMU/GPS) or main board may be faulty and require service.
