How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the mower and remove from the lawn.
- Clean sensor surfaces: Gently clean the front-facing ultrasonic or proximity sensors with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use solvents.
- Check for cracks: Inspect sensor housings for damage that could allow water ingress.
- Dry the mower: If the mower was used in heavy rain, allow it to dry indoors for 24 hours before retrying.
- Test operation: Restart the mower in an open area with few obstacles and see if E015 reappears.
- If error persists: The ultrasonic sensor module or its wiring harness may need replacement.
