How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn OFF the mower before inspection.

  • Check ventilation: Ensure that any cooling slots or vents in the housing are free from grass and dust. Clean gently with a brush.
  • Avoid extreme heat: Do not operate or charge the mower in direct midday sun on very hot days. Move the docking station to a shaded area if possible.

  • If E016 recurs quickly: The main control board or its temperature sensor may be defective and should be replaced by a qualified technician.
