Possible Causes

Aged LCD backlight, Moisture ingress, Faulty display PCB, Loose display connector

Safety: Turn OFF the mower and disconnect from dock before opening the display housing.

Check contrast/brightness: Some models allow adjusting display contrast in the menu; try increasing it.
Dry the unit: If condensation is visible, allow the mower to dry indoors for 24 hours.
Inspect connections: Reseat the display ribbon cable on the display PCB if accessible.
Replace display: If still dim, install a new display module compatible with your Bosch Indego model.
