Robot mower front wheels do not turn freely, causing poor steering and track marks

Safety: Turn OFF the mower and wear gloves.

• Lift front of mower: Check each front caster or roller for free rotation.
• Remove debris: Cut away grass, hair, or string wrapped around the axles.
• Lubricate lightly: Apply a small amount of light oil to the caster bearings if allowed by Bosch guidelines (avoid over-lubrication near plastic).
• Replace if damaged: Install new front caster wheel assemblies if bearings are seized or forks are bent.
