Robot mower vibrates excessively during operation, even on flat lawn

Safety: Turn OFF the mower, disconnect from dock, and wear gloves.

• Replace blades as a set: Always replace all blades at once with genuine Bosch Indego blades to maintain balance.
• Inspect disc: Check for warping or damage to the blade carrier. Replace if bent.
• Remove debris: Clean any heavy grass buildup from one side of the disc that could cause imbalance.
• Test again: After reassembly, run the mower and observe vibration. Persistent vibration may require replacing the cutting motor if its shaft is bent.
