Possible Causes
Charging station not powered, Guide wire disconnected or broken, Dirty or corroded charging contacts, Faulty docking sensor in mower
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower before handling the charging station or contacts.
- Verify station power: Check that the station's power adapter is plugged in and the indicator LED is lit. Test the outlet with another device if unsure.
- Inspect guide and boundary connections: Ensure the guide wire (if equipped) and boundary wires are firmly connected to the correct terminals on the station.
- Clean charging contacts: Use a dry cloth or fine abrasive pad to clean the metal contacts on both the mower and the station. Do not use water or aggressive chemicals.
- Check station placement: Confirm that the station is level, with enough straight boundary wire in front as specified by Cedrus, so the mower can align correctly.
- Test docking manually: Place the mower about 1–2 m in front of the station and start a return‑to‑base command. If it reaches the station but does not detect docking, the docking sensor or contact board may be faulty and require replacement.
