Possible Causes
Poor contact between mower and station, Defective charging adapter, Battery pack internal fault, Charge control circuit failure on main board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect the station from mains before cleaning contacts. Do not short the charging terminals.
- Clean and align contacts: Ensure the mower sits fully against the station stops. Clean the charging contacts on both sides with a dry cloth. Check that spring‑loaded pins move freely.
- Check power supply: Verify the station's power adapter output with a multimeter if available, or try a known‑good Cedrus adapter of the same rating.
- Battery inspection: If accessible, open the battery compartment and check for swelling, leakage, or corrosion at the connectors. Do not puncture or disassemble the battery pack.
- Charge test: Leave the mower on the station for at least 30–60 minutes and see if the battery level increases. If E07 appears immediately and no charging occurs, the battery pack or charge circuit is likely defective.
- Service recommendation: Replace the battery pack only with a Cedrus‑approved replacement. If a new battery does not resolve E07, the main control board or charging board should be serviced by a technician.
