Possible Causes
Water inside main housing, Wet connectors on main board, Damaged sealing gasket, High‑pressure washing of mower
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Immediately disconnect the mower from the charging station and turn OFF the main switch. Do not attempt to charge a wet mower.
- Drying procedure: Move the mower to a dry, warm indoor location. Remove the battery if user‑removable and dry the compartment with a soft cloth.
- Open housing (if allowed): Carefully open the top cover and allow internal components to air‑dry for at least 24–48 hours. Do not use direct heat guns on electronics.
- Inspect seals: Check rubber gaskets around the housing, control panel, and charging contacts for damage or misalignment.
- Avoid water jets: In future, clean the mower with a brush and damp cloth only. Do not use garden hoses or pressure washers.
- Service check: If E20 remains after thorough drying, corrosion or permanent damage may have occurred on the main board or connectors. Have the mower inspected by an authorized Cedrus service center.
