Possible Causes
Incorrect time or schedule settings, Disabled schedule in app, Weak backup battery for clock on main board, Firmware bug
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the mower is OFF while not in use, but you can adjust settings with it ON and stationary.
- Verify time and date: Check the mower's internal clock and correct it if necessary via the control panel or Cedrus app.
- Review schedule: Confirm that mowing days and time windows are enabled and not overridden by a manual pause or rain delay.
- App sync: If using a smartphone app, force a sync or reconnect to ensure settings are properly transferred to the mower.
- Power cycle: Turn the main switch OFF for 30 seconds, then ON, and recheck the schedule.
- Service if recurring: If the clock frequently resets or loses time, the internal RTC or its backup supply on the main board may be failing and require service.
