Possible Causes
Main switch left OFF, Battery deeply discharged, Corroded battery terminals, Faulty charger or station power supply
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Inspect the mower indoors on a stable surface. Do not attempt to jump‑start the battery.
- Check main switch: Ensure the main power switch is in the ON position.
- Verify station power: Confirm the charging station LED is lit and the adapter is working.
- Clean battery contacts: If user‑removable, take out the battery and clean its terminals and the mower contacts with a dry cloth.
- Long recovery charge: Place the mower on the station and leave it for several hours. Some Cedrus models slowly recover deeply discharged batteries.
- Battery replacement: If the mower remains completely dead, the battery may be irreversibly discharged and should be replaced. If a new battery does not help, the main board or power circuitry may require service.
