Possible Causes
Incorrect boundary wire layout, Obstacles blocking mowing paths, Cutting width reduced by missing blades, Software settings not optimized for lawn shape
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower before adjusting the boundary wire or blades.
- Check cutting width: Inspect the blade disc and ensure all blades are present and correctly mounted. Replace missing or dull blades with Cedrus blade kits.
- Optimize boundary layout: Ensure narrow passages meet the minimum width specified by Cedrus. Widen or straighten tight corridors where the mower struggles to pass.
- Remove obstacles: Relocate garden furniture, toys, or decorations that may block the mower's random path and cause repeated avoidance of certain zones.
- Adjust mowing schedule: Increase the number of mowing hours per week so the mower has enough time to cover the entire area.
- Use secondary zones (if available): Configure additional starting points or zones in the Cedrus settings so the mower begins from different parts of the lawn.
