Possible Causes
Natural lithium‑ion aging, Frequent deep discharges, Storage at high temperatures, Faulty cell group in battery pack
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and remove it from the lawn before accessing the battery.
- Check mowing conditions: Reduce load by raising cutting height and avoiding very tall or wet grass.
- Review age: If the battery is older than 2–3 years or has many cycles, plan for replacement with a Cedrus‑approved pack.
- Storage practices: For off‑season storage, charge the battery to about 50–60% and store in a cool, dry place.
- Replace battery: Install a new Cedrus battery pack if runtime remains poor despite lighter mowing conditions.
