Possible Causes
Defective lift sensor switch, Loose mower housing triggering lift sensor, Debris stuck under lift sensor lever, Damaged lift sensor wiring
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and disconnect the battery connector. Never bypass safety sensors.
- Check housing fit: Ensure the top cover and chassis are properly latched and screwed down. A loose cover can falsely trigger the lift sensor.
- Clean sensor area: Flip the mower and inspect around the lift sensor (often near the front or handle). Remove packed grass or debris that may press on the sensor.
- Test sensor (basic): With the mower on its wheels and power ON, gently lift the front a few centimeters (following manual). The mower should stop and show a lift warning. If it triggers without lifting, the sensor is likely faulty.
- Inspect wiring: With power OFF, open the housing and trace the lift sensor wires to the main PCB. Reseat connectors and look for broken or pinched wires.
If E007 persists after cleaning and checking mechanical fit, the lift sensor assembly should be replaced by a qualified technician.
