Display shows E014 and mower shuts down shortly after starting

Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and allow it to cool in a shaded, dry area.

• Inspect vents: Check all cooling slots and vents on the mower body. Remove grass clippings and dust with a soft brush or low‑pressure air.
• Avoid peak heat: Adjust the mowing schedule to early morning or evening when temperatures are lower.
• Check for overload: Ensure grass is not excessively tall or wet, which can overload the blade and drive motors. Raise the cutting height if needed.
• Internal inspection (advanced): If overheating occurs quickly even in cool conditions, the internal temperature sensor or main PCB may be faulty and should be checked by a technician.
