Robot mower front wheels do not swivel freely and dig into the lawn

Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and disconnect the battery before lifting the front.

• Lift front end: Support the mower securely and spin each front caster wheel by hand.
• Clean forks: Remove the wheel and clean out packed grass and mud from the fork and axle area.
• Lubricate bearings: Apply a light, outdoor‑safe lubricant to the caster axle if allowed by the manual.
• Replace worn parts: If wheels remain stiff or wobbly, replace the caster wheel assembly or bearings.
