Robot mower is not charging even though it is docked on the station

Safety first: Unplug the charging station from mains before cleaning or inspecting.

• Clean contacts: Gently clean the charging contacts on both mower and base with a dry cloth. Remove corrosion with a fine abrasive pad if necessary.
• Check power supply: Verify the power supply LED is lit. Use a multimeter to confirm output voltage if possible.
• Inspect cable: Look for cuts or crush damage along the low‑voltage cable from power supply to base.
• Observe charging icon: When docked and powered, the mower should show a charging symbol. If not, the internal charging circuit or battery may be faulty.
