Possible Causes

Charging station power supply failure, Damaged charging contacts, Internal charger circuit on mainboard defective, AC adapter or mains outlet problem

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the charging station from mains before inspection. Do not open sealed power supply units.

  • Verify mains power: Plug another device into the same outlet to confirm it works. Check any external power adapter LED for normal operation.
  • Inspect charging contacts: Clean the contacts on both mower and station with a dry cloth. Ensure the mower sits fully against the contacts when docked.
  • Check station placement: Confirm the station is stable and not tilted, which can prevent proper contact.
  • Test with multimeter (if qualified): Measure DC voltage at the station contacts when powered. Compare with Ecovacs specifications.
  • Reset system: Unplug the station for 60 seconds, then reconnect. Turn the mower OFF and ON, then attempt docking again.

If E10 persists and the station has no output, replace the charging station or its power supply. If the station outputs correct voltage but the mower does not charge, the mower's internal charging circuit or mainboard may need replacement.
